What is the quality of the products?

All of our products are tested for functionality and durability to ensure maximum use and satisfaction, offering you peace of mind. However, in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team, who will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly.

Can I return an item to receive a refund?

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. You must cancel your order before it ships.
