Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. The courier collects payment when the parcel arrives. If you prefer to pay in advance, we also accept bank transfer. A few remote areas may not be serviceable, so please contact us to confirm your city.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery in Pakistan takes 4 to 5 business days. We ship from Karachi with courier partners such as PostEx, Leopard and TCS.

What size should I order?

Most styles are available in sizes 40 to 45. Check our size chart before ordering, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you pick the right size.

What are medicated soles?

Medicated soles are cushioned comfort soles designed to reduce pressure on the heel and arch during long hours of wear. They are a comfort feature, not a medical treatment.

What are your customer care hours?

We are available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pakistan time. Our warehouse is in Korangi, Karachi.

What is the quality of the products?

All of our products are tested for functionality and durability to ensure maximum use and satisfaction, offering you peace of mind. However, in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team, who will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly.

Can I return an item to receive a refund?

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. You must cancel your order before it ships.
