We offer 03 days Return or Exchange policy from the delivery date.

2. Eligibility of Return or Exchange:

We accept returns if:

  1. There is a Color issue.
  2. There is a size issue.
  3. The item is defect.

3. Return or Exchange Policy for Defective Items:

We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.  Please include your order number and a clear description of the defect.

 

4. Timeframe:

Shoes cannot be replaced or returned after 3 days from the delivery date.

5. Who Pays the Shipping Cost on Return

Customer will bear the shipping cost of the returned item.

Please Note: A 200 PKR fee will be charged for replacement parcels.
