1. Return or Exchange:-

We offer a strict 03 days Return or Exchange policy from the delivery date.
Once quality is checked, we will issue your Refund Amount in 2-3 days to your Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Or Any Bank Account.

2. Eligibility of Return or Exchange:-

To maintain strict product quality, shoes can be returned or exchanged only when they are entirely unused and untampered with. Any shoes showing signs of use, sole scuffs, or tampering are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We accept returns if the shoes are in their original pristine condition and:
  • There is a Color issue.
  • There is a size issue.
  • The item is defective.

3. Return or Exchange Policy for Defective Items:

We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of a defect, please include your order number and a clear description (with photos if possible) of the defect when you contact us.

4. Timeframe:

Shoes cannot be replaced or returned after 3 days from the delivery date.

5. Who Pays the Shipping Cost on Return

The customer will bear the shipping cost of the returned item.
Please Note: A 200 PKR fee will be charged for sending out replacement parcels.

6. Refund:

Upon successful inspection of the unworn returned shoes, we will issue your Refund Amount in 2-3 days into your Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Or Any Bank Account.
